An amalgamation of heat, water and light was immortalised on Jericho Beach, Vancouver, Canada, through a composition of seaweed, rocks, sand, and seawater on muslin fabric treated with cyanotype chemistry. The piece was left to expose beside the shoreline, and natural materials were foraged from the surrounding area and arranged on the fabric. The piece was fixed in water then dried and hand-stitched with cotton thread.
